Dwight lends his talents to large and small businesses, government agencies, charitable organizations, and volunteer groups.
- He established his own successful marketing and public relations firm, Arlan, Inc., in 1995, through which he serves financial, construction, and emerging businesses.
- He also currently serves as Partner and Project Management Director of Enspire Learning, serving Dell, Prudential, Sodexo, International Biophysics, Texas CASA as well as several smaller companies nationwide. Prior to joining Enspire, Dwight served as Director of Distance Learning and Instructional Technology at Wightman & Associates, LLC working with FEMA, the FAA, the CDC, and Catholic Charities USA.
- He serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way, Greater Augusta County, VA, and on the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Services Council of the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services’ Western State Hospital. He also serves local non-profits through Virginia Nonprofit Strategic Outreach Services.
Dwight creates motivating messages using Microsoft Office products, the Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Pro-Tools, IBM Kenexa, and myriad other creative-content programs. He has a Department of Homeland Security public-trust security clearance.
